At the luxury Tilal Al Ghaf development in Dubai, Majid Al Futtaim Communities is bringing the “island” inside. On the Lagoon Al Ghaf, the “Lanai Island” is to be created. The Lanai Island will be the first phase of Island Estates, a new ultra-luxury concept under the title of “Signature Living by Majid Al Futtaim”.
First of two private islands to be made for sale, Lanai Island will have Edge mansions with four to eight bedrooms and a GSA of 30,000 square feet. The typical site measures just under 25,500 square feet.
It’s a novel experience for the area. “Lanai Island mega-mansions are intended to deliver a lifestyle that exceeds expectations by combining the solitude and tranquility of island paradise living with simple access to Dubai’s urban areas,” said Hawazen Esber, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim – Communities.
The ‘Shore’ residences on Lanai Island, nine of which are offered in this initial release, provide a GSA of 23,000 square feet and 40 meters of open waterfront. The typical plot measures 24,000 square feet. The mansions are designed by the South African architect SAOTA and with interiors by Kelly Hoppen Interiors. About Tilal Al Ghaf
About Tilal Al Ghaf
In the past three years, the all-villa neighborhood of Tilal Al Ghaf has become one of the city’s most popular places to live affluently. Developers who are ready to pay a premium have been steadily adding to the developer’s residential possibilities in recent months. Even in the secondary market, the project is still closely watched and is able to compete with the high-profile transactions taking place in the Palm, Emirates Hills, Jumeira Bay, and Dubai Hills.
Tilal Al Ghaf’s exposure is enhanced by the addition of two islands and by the limited number of villa releases.
